ARE WE "ORGANIC"? 

Our customers have often asked if we are "Organic".  We grow without synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers but because we have decided to not participate in the USDA's "Organic" certification program we are prohibited from calling our produce "Organic". 

As an alternative we have joined the North East Organic Farmer's Association of New York and are cooperating with their "Farmer's Pledge" program.  This program goes beyond "Organic".
